During the Study Tour’s third day, the wine team explored Shirayuri Winery, known as L’Orient, in Koshu Valley. Guided by Mr. Keiya Uchida, the youngest in a lineage of owners, the team engaged in discussions covering diverse aspects of winemaking, sustainability practices, and market strategies. he team tasted various grape varieties while learning about winemaking processes and marketing strategies, aiming to connect Japanese wines with Latin American markets like Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia more personally.
