Finally, all student and professor participants visited the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). In the event, possible connections and trade opportunities were discussed among METI representatives and the participants. Along with Latin American and Japanese products, attendees discussed possible ways to bring Japan and Latin America closer in joint actions. Students also shared their interest in job and academic prospects in Latin America and Japan.
