SEED 2025: Session 4🌸

SEED 2025: Session 4 — August 15 ✨

This session brought fresh energy to the program! 🌸 We kicked off with a guest lecture by Prof. Marcelo Zorovich (ESPM, Brazil), invited by Prof. Alexandre Uehara, one of this year’s participating professors. His class, “The Corporate Diplomacy Challenge: Suggestions, SEED Projects”, explored the exciting world of corporate diplomacy—where strategy, stakeholders, and cultural awareness all come together like moves on a chessboard ♟️🌍.

Prof. Zorovich connected theory with practice, reminding participants that in SEED they act as corporate diplomats for Yamanashi producers—analyzing environments, building strategies, and creating meaningful impact.

Later, the six teams presented progress on their mid-term research reports 📚, outlining findings and shaping ideas for their Final Pitch in Yamanashi. The session wrapped up with Zoom breakout rooms, where teams pushed their reports forward to nearly 70% completion—another step closer to December’s Study Tour in Japan 🇯🇵.

Every session brings us closer to new ideas, stronger teamwork, and impact that crosses borders 💡.
