Today, we received a report from our intern Seungmin Lee about his activities at FAAP University in Brazil!
-Accepting exchange students-
On my third day at FAAP University’s International Office, we held an orientation for exchange students in late January, since the Brazilian semester starts in February. I joined the icebreaker and the university tour as a member of the International Office.
FAAP University has a “Buddy Program” to promote interaction between international students and local school students. As I was assigned to be in charge of this activity, I gave a presentation about my own story, which was focused on international exchange activities at a Japanese university.
Active international exchange activities at university are not only fun, but they also broaden your horizons and network, significantly impacting your career. The network that I have developed through international exchange activities has also led me to my current internship at FAAP University, and the interaction and close relationships with people from various backgrounds have given me opportunities and chances that I never expected.
How about taking a step into a world you have never experienced with people you don’t know?
