On December 14th, Professor García, Mr. Mutsuura, one student of each university and one Japanese student made a visit to the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During the meeting, MOFA representatives discussed bureaucratic and business processes with the participants. This interaction led to both students and professor gaining a deeper understanding of the inner workings of international relations and cooperation, and developed a heightened appreciation for the strategic planning involved in diplomatic efforts.
