On this day, the wine team visited Shirayuri Winery in Katsunuma. The students learned about the history and production process of Koshu wine and deepened their ideas by exchanging opinions about their presentation. The students also had the opportunity to taste Shirayuri Winery’s wines and had a very productive time.
