Welcome to the GOROM Association Internship Program Application!
👋 Hello there!
The GOROM Association works to unlock the full potential of young people through international exchange and cross-cultural collaboration. Our mission is realised through three major pillars: SEED, YES, and GROW. Our organisation operates primarily between Japan and Latin America.
As part of the GROW Program, GOROM supports university students and recent graduates in finding internship placements with organisations across Japan, in areas such as manufacturing, research, business, IT, consulting, tourism, transportation, and engineering.

We help applicants identify suitable host organisations based on their skills, interests, and career goals, providing meaningful, hands-on experience for both personal and professional development.
📝 Important Information (Please Read Carefully)
- Airfare, visa fees, and international travel costs are not covered.
- Some placements may require a Designated Activities (Internship) Visa depending on the position.
- Local commuting costs within Japan are often covered by host organisations.
- Some internships offer stipends or payment (varies by company).
