During sessions 3 and 4 of the SEED Program, participants received two very valuable lessons for their roles as researchers and business advisors.
In session 2, Professor Victor Grinberg explained the importance of following the Design Thinking process when thinking of highly relevant ideas aimed at the Japanese companies they are supporting this year.
In session 3, Professor Toshiyuki Yasui from Eikei University in Hiroshima, Japan, gave the entire SEED 2024 team a lesson on the concept of Wellbeing, how it looks in the contemporary world, and the importance of its application in organizations.
Additionally, participants from the Textiles, Jewelry, Wine, and Sake teams had the opportunity to meet in separate rooms to think of questions for the producers of the Japanese companies they are working with, using the ideas given by both professors to guide their approach.
