Bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Keiya Uchida, el m\u00e1s joven de un linaje de propietarios, junto con el equipo conversaron sobre diversos aspectos de la elaboraci\u00f3n del vino, pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles y estrategias de mercado.
